Dr. Keith LaFerriere’s facial cosmetic surgery center is located in the St. John’s Clinic – Fremont Building on the St. John’s Hospital campus at the corner of Fremont and Cherokee in Springfield, Missouri. The building is on the northwest corner of the intersection and entry to the parking lot is available from Fremont Ave. Parking is available in front of the building. You may enter the building from the brick covered entrances marked Entrance A and Entrance B. Dr. LaFerriere’s office is located on the first floor in the middle of the building in Suite 120.

Head South on MO-5 approximately 25 miles toward Lebanon. Turn Left onto MO-5/MO-64/ N. JEFFERSON AVE. Merge 1.5 miles to I-44 W. Head West on I-44 for approximately 46 miles to Springfield. Merge onto US-65 S via EXIT 82A toward Branson. Take the Sunshine St. Exit and keep right at the fork to go West on E. Sunshine St. approximately 2.5 miles. Turn Left onto S. Head West on I-44 to Springfield. Merge onto US-65 S via EXIT 82A toward Branson.

Head East on I-44 toward Springfield. Take the Glenstone Ave. exit and head south to Sunshine St. (Approximately 5 miles). Turn right onto Sunshine (at the light) and proceed to Fremont (the second light and turn left). The entrance to ST. JOHN’S CLINIC - FREMONT is located on your right 0.1 miles.
Exit Airport on Kearney Road and head East to first light, approximately 1.7 miles. Turn right at light onto West Bypass/US 160 and head south approximately 4 miles to W. Sunshine St. At the light, turn left onto Sunshine heading east approximately 2.5 miles to S. Fremont Ave. (the first light past National Ave. where St. John’s Hospital is located on your right). Turn Right onto Fremont Ave. 0.1 miles to ST. JOHN’S CLINIC – FREMONT, 1965 S. Fremont Ave. on your right.
